A print-ready file placed before 2 PM CT enters the same-day production run at Iris DTF. Orders placed after the cutoff enter the next production schedule. Transit time is separate from production and depends on the UPS or FedEx service selected at checkout. Add IRIS PASS to move a late order to the front of the production queue.

A DTF transfer is a full-color design printed onto a clear film, coated with adhesive powder, and heat-pressed onto a garment. Iris DTF transfers apply to cotton, polyester, blends, and more with no weeding and no pre-treatment. Pressing settings are listed on each Iris DTF product page. Order by size when you have one design and know the dimensions you need, and build a gang sheet when you are printing many designs or many copies at once. A gang sheet packs everything onto a single film and you pay for the space used, which lowers the cost per piece. Keep a 1/4 in gap between designs so every print cuts cleanly.
