3. Cookies & Abandoned-Cart Detection

We and our service providers (e.g., Shopify) use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (“Cookies”) to:

  • remember your preferences;

  • analyze traffic and improve the Site;

  • deliver personalized ads; and

  • determine when a shopping cart has been abandoned so we can send a single follow-up reminder via SMS (if you have opted in).

Example: “Iris DTF’s website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.”

You can control Cookies through your browser settings, though disabling Cookies may impair Site functionality. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for opt-out requests related to sharing/targeted advertising.

4. Marketing, Advertising & Location-Based Services

We may send promotional emails or texts and display ads on the Site or third-party sites. We may use:

  • device/usage data for ad targeting;

  • approximate location derived from your IP address solely to (i) display local currency or tax estimates, (ii) detect fraudulent transactions, or (iii) comply with legal obligations (e.g., export controls).

We do not collect precise GPS data and we do not track your real-time movements.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information only:

  1. to vendors/service providers (IT, payment, SMS delivery, shipping, analytics) under contract;

  2. to business or marketing partners for advertising except for SMS opt-in data and consent, which are never shared;

  3. within our corporate group;

  4. when you direct us to do so;

The above excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security & Retention
