If you’ve already arranged your designs into a single file, our DTF gang sheet upload service makes printing quick and effortless. Select your desired sheet length (options range from 22 × 24 inches up to 22 × 240 inches) or leave it to us to choose the nearest size. Then simply drag and drop your finished gang sheet (PNG, TIFF or PSD) into the uploader or click Upload File to browse.

We charge just $0.02 per square inch with no artwork or setup fees, and there are no minimums. Our Dallas/Fort Worth production team prints and ships your sheet the same day when you upload before 11 AM CT, ensuring you meet tight deadlines.

Instructions

Pressure Setting: Set the heat press to medium pressure.

Temperature:

• For cotton and 50/50 blends: Set the temperature to 139°C (282°F).

• For synthetic or polyester fabrics: Set the temperature to 139°C (282°F).

Press:

• For cotton and 50/50 blends: 9 seconds

• For synthetic and polyester fabrics: 6 seconds

Press the transfer to the fabric for the specified time based on the fabric type.

Hybrid Peel: Peel while still hot or after it has cooled, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.

For Enhanced Durability

Cover the image with parchment paper after peeling the film off and press again for 5 seconds.

Iron-On Instructions

Temperature: Set the iron to the highest setting.

Press for 20 to 25 Seconds: Apply even pressure to all parts of the design with the iron, pressing evenly for 20 to 25 seconds onto the garment.

DTF Print Aftercare Instructions

Wait 24 Hours: Allow the print to set for at least 24 hours before the first wash.

Wash Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out to protect the design.

Cold Water Wash: Use cold water and a gentle cycle to preserve the print.

Mild Detergent: Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Opt for mild, color-safe detergents.

Avoid Fabric Softeners: Do not use fabric softeners as they can degrade the print.

Hang Dry: Air drying is recommended. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.

Do Not Iron Directly: Avoid ironing directly on the print. If necessary, place a cloth over the design and use a low heat setting.
