Purchase Instructions

Choose your sheet size (22" width, variable length), then upload a print-ready PNG/PDF at 300 DPI with transparent background and 0.125" safe margins. If you need help laying out many decals, design first with the UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder; for smaller orders, order UV DTF stickers by size. For the best quality, keep files at ≤ 22" x 250"; larger projects can include multiple uploads.

Application Instructions (No Heat Press)

1. Prep: Clean your surface with isopropyl alcohol and let dry; UV DTF works best on smooth, non-porous items like drinkware, jars, and cases.
   
2. Place: Trim if needed, peel the backing, position, and burnish firmly with a squeegee from center outward.
3. Remove Film: Slowly peel the top film back at a low angle; if edges lift, lay the film back down and burnish again. (On curved items, waiting 2–4 hours before removing film improves adhesion.)
   

Aftercare (Best Results)

• Hand-wash only with mild soap; avoid dishwashers, high heat, or abrasive scrubbing.
• Allow 24 hours before the first wash or heavy handling.
• Not recommended for silicone, powder-coated textures with heavy orange peel, or flexible surfaces.
