Best DTF Transfer Companies for Etsy Sellers and Small Shops (2026)
Updated October 2026 · 6 companies compared · Prices checked on each company's website on October 16, 2026
If you sell on Etsy or run a small print shop, your DTF transfers supplier decides three things every week: how fast an order leaves your studio, whether a reorder matches the first batch, and how much margin is left after each sale. We compared six US companies on the factors that matter most at small-shop volume, using the same sheet sizes and the same date for every price.
Our Ranking Methodology
Each company was scored on six criteria that directly affect how an Etsy shop or small business runs day to day:
| Criterion | Weight | How we measured it |
|---|---|---|
| Price per square inch | 30% | List price of 22"-wide gang sheets at 24", 60", 120", 180" and 240" lengths |
| Turnaround | 20% | Published same-day cutoff and standard production time |
| Wash durability | 15% | Published wash-test claims and whether test conditions are described |
| Small-shop extras | 15% | Blanks, neck labels, mailers, UV DTF and design tools available in the same order |
| Ordering flexibility | 10% | Order by size, online builder, gang sheet upload, no minimums |
| Customer rating | 10% | Google rating and review count |

Iris DTF had the lowest price at four of the five sizes. At 22" x 180", DTF Center came in one cent lower, so the two are effectively tied there. Ninja Transfers prices are for its standard (VIVID AF) film for a single sheet; its "as low as $0.02 per square inch" rate applies with quantity discounts. DTFSheet prices are for its print-ready gang sheet upload.

irisdtf.com · Richardson, Texas · Google rating 4.8 (171 reviews)
Iris DTF prints in Richardson, Texas, and ships nationwide. It's built for the way small shops actually order: one design today, a mixed gang sheet next week, and a branded finish on every shirt that ships to a customer.

ninjatransfers.com · Philadelphia, Pennsylvania · Google rating 4.5 (221 reviews)
Ninja Transfers is one of the biggest names in DTF and has the widest specialty lineup on this list: glitter, 3D puff, gold and silver foil, and glow-in-the-dark. It's also the only company here that describes its wash test conditions on its product page.

- Free shipping from $75, a free sample pack, and free design tools
- NinjaPOD print-on-demand option for Shopify sellers

How to Choose the Best DTF Transfer Company for Small Business
| Factor | What to Look For | Why It Matters for Etsy Sellers |
|---|---|---|
| Price per square inch | Compare the same sheet size across suppliers, not "as low as" rates | Small differences add up across dozens of weekly orders |
| Turnaround | A same-day cutoff that fits when your orders come in | Your Etsy processing time depends on your supplier's speed |
| Wash durability | A published number, ideally with test conditions | Prints that fade or peel lead to bad reviews and refunds |
| Minimums | No minimum order | Etsy orders often arrive one or two at a time |
| Extras | Blanks, neck labels, and mailers in the same order | Fewer suppliers means less shipping cost and less admin |
| File rules | Clear requirements for format, resolution, and color mode | Avoids reprints from files that print differently than expected |
One Etsy-specific point is worth knowing. Etsy's Creativity Standards ask sellers to disclose any production partner that helps make their items, so review Etsy's guidance if a print shop produces part of your product.

Why Iris DTF Stands Out for Etsy Sellers and Small Shops
The Lowest Gang Sheet Price at Most Sizes
On October 16, 2026, Iris DTF had the lowest list price per square inch at 22" x 24", 22" x 60", 22" x 120", and 22" x 240" among the companies with published prices for those sizes. A 22" x 60" sheet costs $21.60 at Iris, versus $22.90 to $49.99 at the other suppliers with published prices for that size.
Same-Day Shipping and a Two-Day Delivery Guarantee
Print-ready orders placed by 2 PM CT, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day with no rush fee. That ties DTF Center for the latest cutoff on this list. Iris DTF also guarantees delivery within two business days anywhere in the US, upgrading to air shipping at no cost if Ground can't make it (carrier and weather delays excluded). None of the other companies we compared published a delivery-time guarantee; the closest is DTF Rush Orders' $15 store credit if a same-day order isn't ready on time.
Built for 100+ Washes
Iris DTF transfers are rated for 100+ washes, at the top of the range we found among the six companies (DTF Center lists 50+). Washing inside out in cold water and skipping fabric softener helps any print reach that number.
One Order for the Finished Product
Transfers, UV DTF stickers, blanks, neck labels, and poly mailers all come from the same shop, so an Etsy seller can restock everything a finished order needs in one checkout.
